Nomination Requirements

NOMINATION ELIGIBILITY

• Individual volunteer services must be given to a group or organization that is a designated 501(c)3, community service organization.

• Volunteer service is defined by long-term community commitment (not work related).

• Volunteer service includes, but is not limited to, the years of volunteer service, the type of service, and the impact of the service that was provided to multiple local organizations.

Nominations are only eligible from registered nonprofit 501c3 community service organizations in the Santa Clarita Valley, California. The Man and Woman of the Year Committee reserves the right to deny any submissions not meeting the specified criteria.

by mail by downloading and completing the nomination application form and mailing in time to be received on by January 31, 2025.
All entries must be complete when submitted
